In Sydney we are currently expanding our Banking and Finance team and we require a driven intelligent hard working resourcer to support our most successful recruiter in ANZ.

To be considered for the role you must have
• At least 6 months experience work experience either in either in sales, recruitment, Engineering, Banking and Finance or IT environment and have an interest and or understanding of the IT industry
• Highly IT literate and have an sound knowledge of the use of social media in connecting and maintaining relationships with people. The World of recruitment networking is changing and Randstad pride itself in keeping pace with that change
• Proven ability working towards and exceeding key performance targets
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable with making outbound calls
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to your career
• Motivated and reliable
• Must have a current visa to work in Australia.
