Worker rights

Australian employers must ensure that the Working Holiday participants they employ receive the same pay and conditions as Australian citizens and permanent residents. All workers in Australia including foreign workers are entitled to basic rights and protections in the work place.

Be careful when accepting job offers, research before parting with money, be aware of your workplace rights so as not to be exploited, and report any irregularities to the Australian authorities.
